Reckless Archive sells digital products, digital services, subscriptions, classes, hosted experiences, and event access. Please review this policy carefully before making purchases.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable, instantly accessible, and digital content, Reckless Archive does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for digital products after purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- games
- digital downloads
- research documents
- zines
- written content
- digital resources
- alternate history documents
- podcasts and subscriber content
- memberships and digital access products
Exceptions may apply where refunds are required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Classes, Courses, and Educational Content
Classes, workshops, courses, educational materials, and learning resources are non-refundable.
Once access has been granted or content has been delivered, refunds will not be issued except where required by law.
Subscriptions and Memberships
Subscription charges are non-refundable once billing has occurred.
Subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.
Event Tickets and Hosted Experiences
Event tickets, hosted experiences, and scheduled activities may be canceled for a refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Refund requests made less than 24 hours before an event or experience are not eligible for refunds.
Hosted Sessions and Bookings
Hosted sessions, private bookings, scheduled services, and one-on-one experiences may be canceled for a refund when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refunds.
If Reckless Archive cancels a hosted session, booking, event, or service, customers will be offered:
- a full refund, or
- rescheduling options when available
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers experiencing billing problems should contact support before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of payment systems, repeated payment disputes, or misuse of refund systems may result in suspension or permanent termination of customer accounts, memberships, purchases, or access to services.
